Walnut Pate


  • 2 cups of organic walnuts, shelled

  • 2 scallions cleaned and diced

  • ½ red pepper diced

  • ¼-1/2 cup parsley, basil or cilantro leaves

  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos

  • Juice of ½ a lemon or lime


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blend. Process for 1-2 minutes.

Serve with vegetables, crackers, etc. Wrap it in lettuce leaves.
