  • 2 ripe avocados – remove skin and pit

  • Juice of half a lemon or lime

  • 1/2 teas Himalayan sea salt or Smart Salt

  • 1 Tbsp fresh herbs – parsley, cilantro, mint – your choice

  • ¼ cup scallions chopped

Optional – chopped tomato and/or pepper


Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add in the other ingredients, mix and serve. I have found that if I am making a larger batch for guests, that when I leave the avocado pit in the guacamole it doesn’t turn brown as quickly.
