1 ½ cups organic oat or garbanzo flour
½ cup coconut sugar or turbinado
6 Tbsp organic apple sauce or 2 eggs
¼ cup coconut nectar or molasses (maple syrup is okay)
¼ cup organic almond butter
1 ½ teas vanilla extract
½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 + cup organic chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Spoon approximately 1 Tbsp of dough onto a lightly, greased cookie sheet. Give the cookies room on the pan because they will spread.
Bake for 18 -20 minutes at 350 ℉. Let them cook before eating.
