Chia Seed Pudding

  • ½ cup chia seeds, can be ground or whole

  • 1 cup any plant-based milk or organic, whole cow's milk

  • ½ teas cinnamon

  • ½ teas cardamom powder

  • 3 drops liquid stevia or 1 teas. honey, maple syrup or molasses

Optional: enjoy with raisins, berries, nuts and other seeds


Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir the mixture periodically for 5-10 minutes, scraping the seeds from the side of the bowl. Can be refrigerated or eaten immediately.
